We’re a real estate management consultant firm in New York and New Jersey incorporated in 1998.

We primarily specialize in the reduction of water sewer and real estate tax bills for multi-family apartment buildings in New York City.

Our fee is based on a percentage of the money saved, and rather infrequently, believe it or not, our clients do not pay us.

Jonathan jumped through hoops to get a prejudgment attachment to prevent the sale of the property.

Well all of the sudden, the buyer - or the seller I should say - came back and said Woah! Woah! Woah! I want to settle.”

We settled on $100,000 we got back 75 of it. We said 75 is nice but we want our 100 grand, which was already reduced from $172,000. So the seller sure enough declared bankruptcy.

We scheduled a Sheriff Sale when that bankruptcy was done in order to overcome it. We got the bankruptcy dismissed. Jonathan jumped in and got it dismissed.

Sure enough, he declared it bankruptcy again. Jonathan went to fight that as well. He offered us $40,000 now because now that 25 was off the table, and we went out and we got a total of $115,000. Out of $172,000, that’s great in the collections world!

But most importantly, after two separate bankruptcies, we all know most lawyers would have run for the hills, but Jonathan Bender stood there got it done as if it was his building.
